Kundalini Yoga and BodyTalk Introduction

Day 0: Wednesday 6 November

18:00 - 20:00 : 2h All group

1h15 - yoga

-Getting the body out of distress : This set will move the energy in every part of your body.
-Explanation and practice of breath of Fire : BOF with lion’s paw, dog breath to boost immune system. 
-Basic breath series : This set will give you a quick lift in energy, increase clarity and the sense of balance. You will learn the relationship to the breath and observe the differences in emotion and thinking before and after the practice.
-Accessing the source of strength in you.

-Explanation and practice of the cortices technique.


Day 1:  Thursday 7 November - EARTH

13:00 - 15:00 : yoga 1 : 2h group 2
15:30 - 17:30 : yoga 1 : 2h group 1

-Digestion: sitali breath rock pose.
-Explanation and practice of root lock.
-Aerobic capacity & efficiency. This exercise will develop your stamina.
-Basic spinal energy series. Beside improving your back flexibility this set will give a boost of energy, mental clarity, increased circulation of the spinal fluid.
-Strong and true.
-Meditation to command the elements (mental balance).



Day 2: Friday 8 November - WATER

13:00 - 15:00 : yoga 2 : 2h group 2
15:30 - 17:30 : yoga 2 : 2h group 1

-Release stored pain and refresh yourself. Good warm up
-Refresh your lymph system, great work out for the chest to improve lymph circulation.
-Adjustment of the blood. This set improve blood circulation so help deliver nutrients and energy to all your cells.
-Meditation to heal addictions.



Day 3: Saturday 9 November - AIR

13:00 - 15:00 : yoga 3 : group 2
15:30 - 17:30 : yoga 3 : group 1

-Correct tatwas. This set unlock the diaphragm and takes away anger.
-Renew your nervous system and build stamina.
-Recharge yourself
-Prana Bhandha mantra meditation (Pavan). 



Day 4: Sunday 10 November - FIRE

13:00 - 15:00 : yoga 4 : 2h group 2
15:30 - 17:30 : yoga 4 : 2h group 1

-Relieve, Relax & Recharge.
-Conquer inner anger and burn it out. 
-Surya kriya.
-Meditation to open the heart. 

 
DAY 5: Monday 11 November - Earth, Water, Air, Fire

15h30 – 17h30 : 2h All group

Yoga
-Tattva balance beyond stress & duality: By balancing the elements this exercise help to deal with inner conflicts between the different levels of functioning (spiritual vs mental vs physical….)
-protective chi
-Immune yoga
-Meditation on the Divine Mother : Calling upon the protective and generative energy, eliminates fear, gives power of action by removing blocks of insecurity.
