from  04.00pm : arrival at the venue
         05.00pm : welcome and introduction to the retreat
         06.00pm to 08.00pm : 2 hours yoga to relax and introduction to BodyTalk
         08.30pm : dinner

Day 2: Wednesday, August 27th 

08.00am to 09.00am : breakfast
09.00am to 12.00am : 3 hours Dance workshop
12.30pm to 01.30pm : lunch
01.30pm to 03.30pm : 2 hours Dance workshop
03.30pm to 04.30pm : teatime
04.30pm to 06.30pm : 2 hours Yoga workshop and meditation
07.00pm to 08.00pm : dinner
09.00pm to 10.00pm : optional evening program

Day 3: Thursday, August 28th

08.00am to 09.00am : breakfast
09.00am to 12.00am : 3 hours Dance workshop
12.30pm to 01.30pm : lunch
01.30pm to 03.30pm : 2 hours Dance workshop
03.30pm to 04.30pm : teatime
04.30pm to 06.30pm : 2 hours Yoga workshop and meditation
07.00pm to 08.00pm : dinner
09.00pm to 10.00pm : optional evening program

Day 4: Friday, August 29th

09.00am to 12.00am : 3 hours Dance workshop

04.30pm to 05.30pm : 1 hour Yoga workshop

10.00am to 01.00pm : 3 hours Dance workshop

02.00pm to 04.00pm : 2 hours workshop
04.00pm to 04.30pm : time to say goodbye
05.00pm : end of the retreat / departure from the venue
